Supplier conduct and workplace standards

The Supplier shall ensure that all personnel engaged in connection with the Services ("Supplier Personnel") comply with DAZN's Third Party Standards of Behaviour Policy, as updated from time to time, and any other conduct requirements reasonably notified by DAZN that are relevant to the Services.

The Supplier shall ensure that Supplier Personnel are made aware of, and comply with, those requirements throughout the term of this Agreement.

The Supplier shall promptly notify DAZN of any allegation, complaint or incident involving discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, bullying, victimisation or other inappropriate conduct by Supplier Personnel in connection with the Services that affects, or may affect, DAZN or any individual connected with the Services.

The Supplier shall cooperate with any reasonable enquiries or investigations undertaken by DAZN and shall take appropriate remedial action where required.

Where DAZN reasonably believes that any member of Supplier Personnel has breached this clause or otherwise presents a risk to the safety, dignity, wellbeing or working environment of any person, DAZN may require the immediate removal of that individual from the Services and the provision of a suitable replacement at no additional cost to DAZN.

Any material breach of this clause shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may entitle DAZN to terminate this Agreement immediately on written notice.
