London, 4 April 2025 – DAZN Group, the global home of boxing and leading sports entertainment company, today unveiled a new UK on-air talent team, marking the arrival of Queensberry Promotions on the platform.
The team will debut this Saturday with Joe Joyce vs Filip Hrgović and will be led by multi award winning legendary boxing commentator Adam Smith. Having enjoyed three decades as the voice of Sky Sports boxing, Adam joins a star-studded line up of talent only on DAZN.
Alongside Adam is two weight World Champion and expert analyst Carl Frampton. Regarded as one the leading boxing pundits in the UK, Carl is the only fighter from Northern Ireland to win a world title in two different weight divisions.
Former WBC Cruiserweight World Champion Tony Bellew will be the lead analyst on all Matchroom shows and is one of the most well-known figures in boxing. The former PPV star lit up stadiums and arenas across the world and has since gone on to carve out a career as a media personality as well as a leading pundit in the sport.
One of the brightest broadcasters in fight sports, Ade Oladipo joined DAZN in 2021, becoming the platform’s lead boxing anchor in 2023. Ade is a highly respected sports presenter, broadcaster and journalist, known for his work across boxing, football, and a range of global sports.
Joining the team on each and every show will be former IBF Middleweight World Champion and leading analyst and commentator Darren Barker. Alongside him will be former Super Featherweight Champion of the World Barry Jones, a veteran co-commentator who is known for his in-depth, insightful breakdowns that appeal to the sport’s most dedicated followers.
Ringside reporter Ali Drew is well known to boxing fans across the country, having worked on platforms including ESPN+ and Fightzone, and with promoters including Queensberry, Top Tier and GBM.
